Who we are

EXIT-BRASIL is a association founded in Bern in 2012 with the main purpose to assist all the citizens of
Republic of BRASIL suffering from severe and irreversible disease, and in particular to assure them all the necessary palliative treatments and, when the case warrants it, to help them and accompany them during Voluntary Assisted Suicide according to the Swiss laws in force at the time (Art.115)

All the persons affected by a severe, irreversible, clinically ascertained , no longer curable disease will therefore be able to apply to us for help in writing their Living Will, a document that a capable and conscious adult person can subscribe at a certain moment of his/her life in order to clearly express his/her Will regarding the end of his/her life. In this document the signer also nominates a PERSON OF TRUST, who will see to the execution of the signer’s Will.

An end of life that we all want to happen with dignity and to be human and free from useless and terrible pains.

The Italian Association EXIT-Italia of Torino (Italia) has kindly placed at our disposal its outline of Living Will, and whoever wishes it can therefore dictate his/her Will regarding the end of his/her life following this outline.

EXIT-BRASIL will be helped in anything regarding the help and accompaignment to a self determined end of life by the Association “LIFECIRCLE – ETERNAL SPIRIT of Basel, Switzerland.
